Executive Director
215-220-9886 |

Executive Director Lori Daniels stands at The Church Foundation (TCF) 's helm, reporting to the Board of Directors. She oversees and monitors investments to ensure financial integrity and serves the Board in its fiduciary duties as trustee and custodian for assets owned by churches, chapels, missions, and institutions in the Diocese of Pennsylvania. Lori leads business development efforts and fosters professional relationships. Her goal is for every Episcopal entity in the Diocese to establish an endowment with TCF and plans to expand planned giving resources by increasing program education.

Lori joined TCF in 2014 as Operations Specialist, transitioning to Operations Manager. She was promoted to Executive Director in 2019 due to her leadership talents, positive business relationships, and a solid vision for TCF's future. Lori loves people and appreciates the talents of each team member.

Lori has fueled many noteworthy achievements. She oversaw a significant increase in managed assets for 2020, spearheaded rebranding efforts, and collaborated in a diocesan endowments review, leading to increased distribution to fund missions and ministry.

Lori holds a M.S. focused on Management with Nonprofit Specialization as well as a B.S. in Finance and Humanities from the University of Maryland University College. She will continue expanding her expertise in nonprofit management, endowments, and investments. Lori loves to travel, is an avid reader and knitter, and enjoys biking and hiking. Her dream is to live somewhere close to a beach someday.

Ryan Campbell

Operations Manager
215-621-8310 |

Operations Manager Ryan Campbell joined The Church Foundation in 2019 as the newest team member tasked to maintain smooth business operations and collaborate with TCF’s Executive Director to improve existing processes and offer fresh ideas. He masterminds most media development and design projects. Ryan’s tenure in retail includes Operations Manager for PetSmart, overseeing as many as 65 employees with a large customer base.

Ryan’s strength is in forming meaningful relationships with diocese members and coworkers. A critical thinker, he has a strong aptitude for quantitative data and designing digital media. Ryan was an integral partner in redevelopment of TCF’s website and is the point of contact for future enhancements. He also digitized TCF’s records and documentation. He directed and edited the video presentation for TCF’s 2020 clergy conference that was well recognized by attendees, and will continue to be a strong advocate in improving TCF’s overall digital media presence.

Ryan is a source of inspiration and reference to colleagues and others in the diocese, bringing professionalism, dedication, and innovation. Treating others with respect, he places utmost importance on family and friendships.

Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, Ryan attended Ursinus College and West Chester University majoring in Business and Economics, with a minor in Business and Technical Writing. His long-term goals include earning a Master Degree and gaining invaluable experience working with investment, nonprofit, and legal professionals. Ryan enjoys an active lifestyle—he played soccer while attending college, plays and watches most sports, and loves camping and hiking.
