Alan Lindsay has served The Church Foundation as Executive Director since November 2010.
Prior to that Alan, a lifelong Episcopalian, was active in the banking and corporate finance industries. He was involved in various aspects of the international banking field. Alan was Treasurer of Advanta Leasing Corp. and later worked in the Corporate Finance area of Advanta Corp. He worked for GMAC Mortgage until being named President of National Motors Bank, a thrift owned by GM.
Alan attended the United States Naval Academy and graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is a 1990 graduate of Education for Ministry and currently serves as a mentor and the Diocesan Coordinator. Alan has also attended the Haden Institute for Spiritual Direction.
Lori has been with The Church Foundation since December 2014.
An administrative professional, Lori began her career working for Puget Sound Energy in Bellevue Washington as a Business Analyst. After relocating to Alexandria Virginia, Lori was the Resource Room Coordinator for the Center for the Ministry of Teaching on the campus Virginia Theological Seminary. In 2011, Lori moved to Exton Pennsylvania, and began working as an office manager for Echoes, a public radio program, distributed by Public Radio International before accepting the position as Operations Specialist at The Church Foundation.
Lori holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland University College, is an avid reader and knitter, and enjoys biking, hiking, and traveling.
